When submitting an abstract, please select from oral presentation, poster presentation, or both. Please note that the abstract will be reviewed and programmed into the oral or poster session by the Program Committee. Please note that the presentation type is subject to change.

Abstract Submission Requirements

We accept abstract submissions for research in the areas of computational chemistry (molecular computation), computational chemistry (molecular recognition), data science, structural correlation analysis, ADME/toxicology, bioinformatics, drug discovery applications, clinical applications, regulatory science, molecular robotics, modalities, and digital therapy. Please note that no product promotions will be accepted.

Presenters are requested to present onsite during the following time slots, which will be announced at a later date. Slides for oral presentations and posters for poster presentations must be written in English and presented in either Japanese or English.

Keep the posters displayed throughout the duration of the exhibition.

Abstract Format

Abstracts should be written in English.
The length of the abstract must be between 1,200 and 3,000 alphanumeric characters.

In addition to the text of the abstract, one figure may be submitted.
The file format should be JPEG or PNG and the file size should not exceed 500 KB.

Oral Presentation Award, Poster Award

The Program Committee selects and awards oral and poster awards for outstanding oral and poster presentations. If you wish to be considered for the Oral Presentation Award and Poster Award, please select "Apply" when submitting your presentation.

In addition, the Like! Poster Award will be given for poster presentations, which will be selected by the Program Committee based on votes from conference participants. If you wish to be considered for the Like! Poster Award, please select "Apply" when submitting your poster.

1. Account registration
First, please register an account before proceeding to abstract submission. If you have already registered and have an account, please login with your account and proceed to abstract submission from the menu.

2. Select the number of authors and their affiliations
Select the number of authors (up to 20) and the number of affiliations (up to 20 institutions). 

3. Enter the names and affili ations of authors
After entering the authors affiliations, enter the names of the authors and select their affiliations.

4. Enter abstract information
Select the presentation type from oral presentation, poster presentation, or both.
If you wish to be considered for the Oral Presentation Award, Poster Award, or Like! Poster Award, please select "Apply".

Student Travel Award for Student Presentations

In order to support the presentations of outstanding students who are the future leaders of our field, we have decided to offer a Student Travel Award to support the travel expenses of student presenters as described in the Student Travel Award Application Guidelines . If you wish to apply for this award, please read the application guidelines carefully before applying.  Application deadline is August 7, 2024 (Wednesday)
